We want you to love your Squared Circle gear. If something isn't right — whether it's the fit, the size, or a quality concern — we're here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them — no signs of wear, damage, or odour.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and resale reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear / socks (unless defective)
  • Gift cards / digital vouchers
  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include:

  1. Full Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  4. Reason for return
  5. Photos if the item is defective

We'll reply with:

  • Return instructions
  • RMA (Return Authorization Reference)
  • Return address / courier arrangements

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply let us know in your return request.

To speed things up:

  • Place a new order immediately for the size you want
  • Return the original item
  • Once inspected, we'll refund the returned item

This avoids waiting for stock movement during high demand.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Banks typically take 7–10 business days to reflect the refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where we delivered the wrong or defective item.

If the return is not approved (e.g., item worn, damaged, or missing packaging), we will return it to you.

6. Orders Not Collected / Wrong Address

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • The address provided was incorrect, or
  • The courier could not complete delivery

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Re-delivery fees may apply.

7. Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Compliance

If a product is defective due to manufacturing, you are entitled to:

  • Repair, or
  • Replacement, or
  • Refund

This does not apply to:

  • Wear & tear
  • Damage caused by misuse / incorrect care
  • Sizing preference after use
  • Odour or wash/wear changes

We will always assess fairly.
