Where We Deliver

We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted national courier partners.

International delivery is available to selected countries.

How will I receive my order?

Local (South African) Orders

All local orders are shipped using reputable South African couriers.

Every parcel that leaves our fulfilment centre is assigned a tracking number.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp notification
  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your parcel in real-time

You will receive delivery updates from the courier as your parcel moves through the network, so you'll always know when to expect it.

If you ever need to check the status manually, simply click the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via DHL Express or another reliable global carrier.

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link
  • An estimated delivery window

Note:

Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How long will delivery take?

Local Orders

Delivery times vary based on your location. As a guideline:

Major Cities (CPT, DBN, PE, etc.)2 – 4 business days
Outlying / Rural Areas3 – 7 business days

We do our best to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 business days.

Pre-order items will follow the estimated delivery timelines listed on their product page and order confirmation.

International Orders

Delivery timelines depend on your region and customs processing:

  • Typically 7 – 14 business days after dispatch

Customs delays may extend delivery time. This is normal and not controlled by the courier or Squared Circle.

Delivery Support

If your parcel:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is delayed beyond expected timelines
  • Or shows no movement on tracking for 72+ hours

Please contact us and we'll assist directly with the courier on your behalf.

We are here to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Incorrect Address / Missed Deliveries

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or the parcel is not collected, the courier may return the parcel to us. We can resend the package once the correct address is confirmed, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk transfer to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you provided (or collected). Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.
