We make every effort to display product details (colour, sizing, specifications) accurately. However:

• Lighting, screen display settings and manufacturing batch differences may result in slight variations.
• Sizing guidance is provided as an aid and may vary slightly by style.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without notice.

If a pricing error is discovered after your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel and refund.

5. Orders & Payment

Your order is only confirmed once:

1. Payment is successfully processed, and
2. You receive an Order Confirmation Email.

If we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order (e.g., item unexpectedly out of stock), we will notify you and offer:

• A replacement item, or
• A refund for the unavailable item(s)

We accept:

• Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners)
• Instant EFT (Ozow)
• SnapScan / Zapper
• PayJustNow / PayFlex / Mobicred (where available)
• Manual EFT/Bank Deposit
• Yoco (card payments for South Africa)

We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location.

Once dispatched, you will receive:

• A tracking number
• Delivery updates from the courier

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or not attended, re-delivery fees may apply.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer:

• 14-Day Returns & Exchanges for items that are unworn and in original condition
• 7-Day Reporting for defective or incorrect items under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected.

9. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made or delivered within the estimated timeframe displayed.

Timeframes may shift due to manufacturing or courier delays — if so, we will keep you informed.

You may cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, logos, trademarks, branding, text and product assets are owned by Squared Circle (Pty) Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with website security
• Attempt to access customer or internal systems
• Use the site for fraudulent activity or resale without consent

We may suspend accounts or refuse service where misuse is detected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law:

• Our products and website are provided on an "as available" basis
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in that order

However — we do not exclude liability for:

• Fraud
• Gross negligence
• Personal injury caused by our fault

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes may be brought before South African courts.
